We understand the huge impact the Covid-19 outbreak is having on your day-to-day lives and we are committed to helping you retain some normality by doing what we do best; helping you enjoy your home and garden.
We are able to welcome any customer to our Eastbourne showroom by appointment only. Please telephone our offices on 01323 430020 to arrange a viewing of our outdoor furniture.
We are strictly following the guidance of the UK Government and the NHS in our office and warehouses to protect our colleagues and customers alike. In this way you will be the only customer in the showroom at the time of your visit. We are able to continue to offer local deliveries by our own team.
We are working hard to keep our operations running as smoothly as possible, to deliver your orders whilst also taking the necessary precautions to protect our customers and staff.
Here are some steps we’ve taken to keep delivering the products you love:
- We are working closely with our warehouse and couriers to ensure safe and speedy delivery
- We are in close contact with our suppliers to try and ensure that products are available for you when you need them
- We are in touch daily with our factories to ensure the creation and shipment of products is carried out according to government recommendations
Because of the need to ensure safe working practices in our warehouses in light of COVID-19, together with delays we are experiencing with some couriers, there may be some delays with deliveries.
We expect that all orders will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe in line with the information given on each product page.
