Can I apply for credit online?
No. This is not something we offer.
Can I place my order over the phone?

Can I reserve out of stock items?
Unfortunately, you cannot reserve out of stock items. However, our Casamoré range of indoor and outdoor furniture is often available for pre-order. Alternatively, you can provide us with your email address and we will contact you when an item is back in stock.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes to your order up until you confirm your order in the checkout process. If you need to make a change after this, call Customer Services on 01323 430020 Please note any changes made after your confirmed order may result in the order taking longer for delivery.

Where are you based and can I come view the item?
We have a showroom located at 15b Maple Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 6NY, where we have a select range of Casamoré furniture on display. It is best to contact us on 01323 430020 to check we have the item you are interested in available for viewing.
How long do deliveries take?

Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery to most of the UK, however, some areas may incur a delivery surcharge. Please click here or contact us directly for further information.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Most of our products can be delivered to Northern Ireland, but delivery may incur an additional charge. Please contact us on 01323 430020 for further information or to get a quote.
My item has come damaged, what do I do next?
In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Photos of the damage will be required. We will then advise how to proceed.
I would like to cancel my order, how do I do this?
You can cancel your order if it has not already been shipped by calling 01323 430020 or emailing us at email@example.com. Any made-to-order cancellations will need to be made in accordance with your rights under Consumer Contracts Regulations or within 14 days from the date your order was placed. Can I return an item to the address on your website?
Many of our items are shipped directly from warehouses at different address. It is best to contact us before making a return so we can provide the correct returns address.
How do I register the guarantee for my Casamoré garden furniture?
You will need to activate your guarantee by registering on the manufactures website here. This will need to be completed within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

What is polyrattan?
Polyrattan is a synthetic weave manufactured from polyethylene, which is a type of plastic.
What are the advantages of polyrattan?
Being a synthetic material, polyrattan has many advantages. It is resistant to rain, salt, water, chlorine and has a high resistance to UV light. This makes it easy to maintain and clean. Please click here for further information.
I live by the seaside. How will the salt air affect my Casamoré garden furniture?
The salt air will not affect the use of your garden furniture. The paint work on the aluminium frames may suffer from flaking over time as a result of a natural process known as oxidisation. This is where the paint reacts to oxygen molecules in the air, and such flaking is therefore not covered by this guarantee.
What are the frames made from?
All of the framework on our Casamoré garden furniture is manufactured from aluminium.
Does polyrattan garden furniture require any aftercare?
Our Casamoré polyrattan furniture requires minimal after care. The synthetic polyrattan weather resistant and the aluminium frames are rust resistant.
What are the different types of weave used?
We use flat weave, half round weave, full round weave and a mix for our Casamoré garden furniture.
How will my rattan garden furniture be delivered?
Our smaller garden furniture sets are usually delivered via pallet within 5 working days. Our larger sets will be delivered via a two-man delivery service and can take up to 21 working days. Please check the product description for further information.
Can the cushions be left outside?
The cushions on our Casamoré garden furniture are all-seasons and can be left outside, however, we recommend covering or storing the cushions when they are not in use, especially in the winter months or when it is raining.
Can cushions be washed?
Yes, most of our Casamoré garden furniture cushion covers can be unzipped and washed if required. We suggest hand washing and air drying. Cushion covers that cannot be removed can be cleaned with a damp sponge. We recommend storing in a cool dry place when not in use.
Do products fade in sunlight?
Darker cushion covers may fade if exposed to sunlight for long periods of time. Our Casamoré cushion covers are made from Olefin fabric, which is less likely to fade in sunlight, however, we recommend storing the cushions when not in use.
What is textaline?
Textaline is a porous fabric used to line the underneath of our Casamoré garden furniture seat cushions.
What are the advantages of textaline?
Textaline fabric allows water to drain through the cushion at a faster rate allowing it to dry quickly.
Can I buy replacement cushions or covers?
No, we do not sell replacement cushions or covers online, however, we may be able order them from our factory. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Why does the weave on my table sag?
During the summer months, you may notice that the weave on your table top appears as though it is sagging. Heat causes the polyrattan to slacken slightly, however, it is a normal occurrence and will return to its normal shape.
Is the glass on the dining tables safe?
Yes, the glass is safe. We use toughened safety glass on all of our Casamoré garden furniture.
Can I leave my Casamoré Garden Furniture set outside all year?
Yes, the Set can be left out all year round, however, we recommend storing the cushions somewhere dry.
Do I need to buy a cover for my Casamoré Garden Furniture?
It is not necessary to cover your Casamoré garden furniture as it is fully weatherproof, however, we do sell specially tailored Winter Covers for the Sets, if you choose to cover it.
What wood is the Casamoré Devon range manufactured from?
The main structure of the Devon furniture is crafted from the finest Chinese Fir. The side and back panels are manufactured from MDF.
Can I order a fabric sample or colour swatch?
Unfortunately, we do not have fabric samples or colour swatches available.
Should I consider measurements before purchasing my furniture?
It is important to check the measurements before ordering a piece of furniture to ensure it will fit in the intended space. We would also recommend measuring your entrance and route. If the measurements you require are not in the product description, please contact us and we will provide the required information.
Do furniture items come flat packed?
Some of our indoor furniture products are flat-packed. Please check the product description for this information.
My item has arrived flat pack. Do you offer a service to build the items?
Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer.
Do you supply paint for touch-ups if the furniture gets damaged?
We do not supply paint for touch-ups, however, you can take a piece of the furniture, i.e. a drawer, to your local D.I.Y store where they can colour match the product to provide the correct colour paint.
If an item is out of stock, how long will it take to become available again?
Many of our products are dispatched from different warehouses and factories so the length of time it takes for stock to be available can vary. If there is a specific item you are interested in, please contact us and we will find out when the item will be available again.
